From crafting a cohesive visual identity—including logos, banners, flyers, business cards, and stickers—to implementing streamlined remote scheduling systems, we have ensured our operations run efficiently while presenting a professional and approachable image.
In addition to managing logistics and event operations, I’ve focused on fostering client relationships through strategic marketing efforts, such as targeted email campaigns that encourage follow-up sessions. These initiatives have strengthened client retention while positioning Armored Massage as the go-to provider for sports massage focused on recovery, performance, and progress. My contributions have been vital in expanding our reach and impact, empowering more individuals to achieve their peak potential.

These efforts have significantly increased the number of individuals Stephen can support at every event, ensuring that more people experience the performance-driven recovery we stand for.

Branding Photoshoot
Since Armored Massage is not a spa, we needed to create visuals that accurately reflect our focus on performance and recovery rather than relaxation and luxury. To achieve this, we organized a custom photoshoot featuring Stephen in action, showcasing his work in a way that intentionally avoids the typical spa imagery of scented candles and serene settings. Instead, we aimed for dramatic shadows and intense, dynamic lighting inspired by athletic photography, capturing the energy and precision behind our services.
I’m excited to continue expanding our visual storytelling with future photoshoots, incorporating a more diverse range of models to highlight the inclusivity and versatility of our approach.
